Where it all started…
We've been crafting delicious kimchi for over ten years. Our journey began with a street food stall, where we couldn't find a vegan kimchi that had just the right crunch or spice kick. So, we decided to make our own — and the rest is history!
Five years later, we opened a brick-and-mortar location, where we created one of our signature dishes: the Waving Cat Burrito. A tasty blend of kimchi, chilli-smashed tofu, and spring onions, it quickly became a firm favourite. Customers loved it so much, they began asking if they could take our kimchi home with them.
Since then, we've been perfecting, potting, and sharing our kimchi with customers and local stockists alike — bringing bold flavour straight to your table.
